Layout "200" (Content Intro) renders the design's content-only-intro component; other layouts fall back to fluid_styled_content default markup — same markup as before, just CSS-styled to match content-only-intro's look (see .frame-type-text in _typography.scss). Field convention on layout 200: header = title, bodytext = body, header_link = CTA target; subheader = CTA button label when a link is set, otherwise it renders as the eyebrow line (design never uses both at once).
